*Cancellation Policy: We reserve the headspa rooms just for you so we require a 50% booking deposit

Deposit is fully refundable with at least 24 hours notice to appointment changes/cancellations via e-mail theshopon7@gmail.com.

Cancellations or changes to appointment within 24 hours will forfeit the 50% appointment deposit.

No-shows will be required to pay full cost of appointment before rescheduling.
